Rodrigo Duterte's Cabinet Secretaries

President-elect Rodrigo Duterte, after making a full list of his cabinet secretaries public, declared he has no post available to Vice President Leni Robredo because he's keen on putting a premium on friendship over qualifications in choosing cabinet secretaries.

"Bakit ko sya kakausapin? Alam mo, wala ako talaga. I am non-committal ako diyan. You know why? Kilala ko si Bongbong Marcos, I do not want to hurt him. Si Leni, she should understand that she belongs to the opposite side. There is no law that exists that is a compelling reason for her to be a member of the Cabinet," he said.

Rodrigo Duterte Reveals Malacanang's Hidden Secret: 'May Mumu Diyan Sa Malacanang, Lima.'

Rodrigo Duterte, in a media briefing at a hotel in Davao late Saturday, said he would try to come home to Davao from Manila as often as he could.

Explaining his preference to shuttle between Manila and Davao, Duterte said: “Yung kama ko is my comfort zone. May prejudice ako sa Malacanang… Talagang may mumu diyan, lima.

Duterte earlier said he would rather sleep on a plywood cot than spend the night in the centuries-old presidential palace, which he said was haunted.
The 71-year-old incoming President, who is known for working late into the night, also said that his official schedule would start at 1 p.m.

My day starts at 1. Wala akong pakialam sa 8 to 5 ninyo,” Duterte told reporters. - ABS-CBNNews

Kris Aquino Team Up With Antonio Trillanes To Plot Against Rodrigo Duterte?

"A complete lie!" says Kris Aquino of the report saying she met with Senator Antonio Trillanes IV, who lost in the vice presidential race, in Hawaii recently to plot against incoming President Rodrigo Duterte.

The former ABS-CBN star took to Instagram to refute the rumors, which was published bytahonews.com, saying she has never spoken against the president-elect Duterte.

"Check every post, interview, speech, kahit pa print pa natin lahat ng text messages ko - I have never spoken against President Elect Duterte- hanapin nyo pa his Kris Tv guesting when we taped in Davao & I said wish kong mag OJT sa city hall nya.

I am peacefully spending time w/ my sons, bumabawi sa kanila ng bongga because for too long I was a workaholic Mom- and this time is all for them.

I debated whether to address this chismis about Sen. Trillanes & me, heard about it yesterday from a cousin, a close friend, and an ABS coworker. I realized I'd let the malicious liars succeed by keeping quiet because by ignoring the made up Hawaii meet up- may maniniwala & may madadagdag na teleserye plot twists. I do have this venue w/ more than 2 million followers to tell the TRUTH. HINDI KAMI NAGTAGPO SA HAWAII ni Senator Trillanes. Kung gagawa ng script para siraan ako- mas galingan nyo naman please??? 🤔
" she said in a post.

In the June 5, 2013 episode of "Kris TV," Kris told Duterte of her plan to seek his guidance in the field of public service and expressed her desire to undergo an on-the-job training in Davao City. -ABS-CBNnews
