List: Celebrities That Make The Most Money On Social Media

Have you ever wondered how much money your favorite celebrities' social media posts are worth? Who do you think is the greatest social media influencer of them all?

Well, according to highly scientific research by D'Marie Analytics, below are the top six social media influencers (the list includes both brands and celebrities) in order, and it might surprise you:

1. Selena Gomez
2. Kendall Jenner
3. Kylie Jenner
4. Rihanna
5. Beyoncé Knowles
6. Taylor Swift

Back in December, D'Marie reported supermodels such as Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid could earn between $125,000 to $300,000 per social media post. But that amount looks like chump change compared to the $550,000 the company now says Selena could be making to post across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to her 180.6 million followers.

In an article with Adweek, CEO of D'Marie Group Frank Spadafora explained how they arrived at such a high figure:

"The rate-per-post is her "ad equivalent" value per post across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. This may be different than how much she is actually getting paid when participating in social media campaigns. That is up to negotiations between her agents and the brands. This valuation is based on D'Marie's algorithm which measures 56 metrics including followers, post frequency, engagement, quality of post, click-thru and potential to create sales conversions from her social content."

Spadafora also noted that compared to other celebs, Selena rarely does campaigns, which might be the reason for why she's so influential.

Celebrities Share Their Masterpieces In Lifestyle Network's Design+Story

Throughout the history of time, artists have shaped the human story with the power of their music, monuments, and fashion. Mozart. Frida Kahlo. Alfred Hitchcock. Coco Chanel. Just by their names, they evoke their own magic. And just as it is intended, each generation has its destined movers. Lifestyle Network puts ours on a grand world stage beginning this week as it premieres an original television series where artists will inspire creativity, provoke thought, and reveal how every design tells a story. Marvel at how it takes dozens of hands to create a single handbag. Discover how the mighty desire of one young woman was all it took to disrupt and innovate Fashion Week. Catch all this and more on Design+Story, broadcasting its maiden episode on June 12, airing Sundays at 7:30pm Pacific.

Lifestyle Network's Design+Story (read as "design story") thoughtfully presents the magical and inspired journeys of artists, presented side-by-side in a collaborative narrative of their beginnings, inspiration, and craft. Each episode delivers a story of the powerful common denominators of humanity between artists of different media.

"When we think about what inspires us most, we think of works of art," said Lifestyle Network channel head Aileen Paredes. "The power that a song can have to define the summer of 1999, the mark of one's coming of age stamped by intricately designed undergarments, and even the way that a movie can give a memory an endless lifetime – they shape us and change us. We are delighted to bring you the artists of Design+Story whose breakthroughs will inspire audiences to pursue their passions and make every day a masterpiece."

On June 12, the season debuts with award-winning filmmaker Benito Bautista (The Gift of Barong, Mumbai Love, Boundary, Harana) and multi-awarded island reggae and island pop recording artist Roman De Peralta of Kolohe Kai. Bautista and his films have received numerous international awards and grants. His film,Boundary, was the NETPAC Best Film winner at the 2011 Cinemalaya Independent Film Festival, Grand Jury Award for Best Feature winner at the2012 Guam International Film Festival, and won him a nomination for Best Director at the 2012 Gawad Urian Awards. His films are referred to in the Filipino American cultural diaspora, as part of Stanford University's program for International Cultural Education. His work has been shown in theatres around the world and on PBS. "It is my sincere hope that somehow, my films inspire the next generation to take pride in our heritage and to not hold back in creating or doing something extraordinary," said Bautista.

De Peralta began writing music at fifteen and lyrics quickly became his mighty sword. After winning a statewide talent show, he and his friends recorded an all-original album that won them two Na Hoku Hanohano award nominations. His music not only took over the radio and island reggae music charts, but also won him a worldwide following of fans from the islands of Hawaii to the far reaches of New Zealand and Australia. "My goal as a songwriter is to bottle up good vibes and aloha into songs so that when others hear it, they feel happy. A brush of good music brings peace to our minds and joy to our hearts," wrote De Peralta.

Join Benito Bautista and Roman De Peralta of Kolohe Kai this Sunday and see what happens when the worlds of cinema and reggae collide. Catch the all new series on Lifestyle Network. Check local listings for channel availability.
