TV host, model and DJ Karen Bordador was allegedly arrested in a drug buy-bust operation in Pasig on Saturday, August 13, GMA News TV daily noontime newscast Balitanghali reported on Sunday, August 14.
The RX93.1 DJ and her boyfriend Emilio Lim were caught in possession of approximately P3-million worth of ecstacy, marijuana, ecstacy oil and other drug paraphernalia at a condo unit in Pasig City.
According to a report, a Filipino-American caught selling ecstasy at Bonifacio Global City told the police about Lim.
"Si Lim ang itinuturo na malaking nagsusupply sa mga nagtutulak sa mga clubs sa Makati at sa BGC," said Senior Superintendent Tomas Apolinario. He added that the customers in those areas range from students and teenagers to wealthy people and celebrities.
