A guy named Joseph Robert B. Lu made headlines after threatening President-elect Rodrigo Duterte who whistled to reporter Mariz Umali during a press conference.
On his tweet, he said:
the president-elect is stupid and arrogant! Don't worry mam, I will try to kill him, anyway...Bastos na presidente! Just kill him anyway...The president-elect is stupid and arrogant! Suntukan na lang kami! Calling URCC...
Those tweets made him so popular that Duterte-loyalist tries to hunt him down while several netizens bashed him online. Now that he has been cornered, he uploaded a video of him apologizing to Duterte and everyone for his wrong doing. He was just caught up by his emotions and didn't mean it.
