Smart Wireless Consumer Operations Head Kat Luna-Abelarde announced on Wednesday during a "big reveal" event at Books and Borders Cafe in Tomas Morato, QC that TNT has now over 30 million subscribers and "is poised to grow even bigger with a refreshed brand that caters to the needs of the Pinoy Generation Z, the largest chunk of our population today."
New brand logo and Brand ambassadors
With its growing number of subscribers, TNT now donned a younger app-inspired look perfect and by welcoming new set of ambassadors called the "TNT Tropa" who are joining the likes of Robin Padilla, Jericho Rosales, Marian Rivera and phenomenal love team Alden Richards and Maine Mendoza.
The TNT Tropa is composed of April, Brent, Kelly, Ian and Renzo and they represents the classic Pinoy barkada with different personalities and quirks – but just blend with each other effortlessly and are a bunch of fun when they come together.
Through a series of engaging videos, the TNT Tropa is set to show how young Pinoys can make their bonding more enjoyable and memorable with TNT at the center of their connections.
