"Born For You," the newest Kapamilya primetime romantic drama series featuring the ElNella tandem of Elmo Magalona and Janella Salvador strengthens further the solid Kapamilya program line-up as it debuted successfuly placing number 7 in the overall TV ratings on its pilot episode Monday, June 20.
The show, which was shot partly in Japan raked 17.1% vs. 11% of GMA-7's "Juan Happy Love Story" starring Heart Evangelista and Dennis Trillo according to Kantar Media/TNS Urban + Rural nationwide. The show's pilot episode hashtag #BFYTheRedString likewise earned to top spot in Twitter top-trending topics on the same night.
“FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano," on the other hand, started the new week with a 41.8% rating, while, “Dolce Amore” starring Enrique Gil and Liza Soberano stayed consistent in the 30s with a 32.1% TV ratings.
