The politician Colangco,claimed to be his ‘uncle’ was Rep. Guillermo “Jun” Romarate of Surigao del Norte, he was a former ally of Mar Roxas but he ditch him for Senator Grace Poe 1 month before the May 9 polls. The said video was,uploaded on July 11, 2016 and it appears to be a past interview of Herbert Colangco because,of his hair in that interview.
